Head of People & Culture of Make Lemonade, Yasmin has over 12 years expertise in HR and Recruitment.

Yasmin began her career over 12 years ago as a HR Assistant working in the private sector, in a fast paced sales environment and worked her way up from there gaining experience and vast knowledge.

She has a great passion for helping others and is dedicated to building a strong business minded culture here at Make Lemonade. Every day she motivates our employees to reach their greatest potential, empower their self development and get the best out of their roles.

Her greatest achievement to date is achieving her CIPD qualifications.

Yasmin is a loving mother of two beautiful children and a French Bulldog, and is soon to become a wife! In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family. She is very passionate about wine and cheese!

Finding good writers that follow instructions has been impossible for me, until I signed up for Make Lemonade. I’ve only been with them for a month, and see myself using their services long term.

I am quite picky, but Adam has worked with my requirements, and even got on a Skype call to help me figure out a few things. And when I asked if it’s possible to use WP instead of the Thrive templates they use, he took some time and figured out a way to make it work.
